Mr. Irfan House 
Respon terhadap bentuk site yang merupakan bidang trapesium, kami mengolah denah dengan hierarki dua arah sesuai sudut site. Ruang komersial yang nantinya digunakan sebagai ruang usaha (toko) kami berikan akses luas menerus hampir tegak lurus terhadap jalan raya. Hal ini untuk memberikan view yang lapang terhadap bangunan komersial dimana arah pandang orang yang lewat ke bangunan ini merupakan bagian yang sangat penting. Sedangkan untuk area kedatangan pemilik rumah kami arahkan dari sudut lainnya, dipisahkan dengan area segitiga sebagai pemisah antar zona.
In response to the shape of the site which is a trapezoidal plane, we processed a floor plan with a two-way hierarchy according to the angle of the site. Commercial space which will be used as a business space (shop) we provide continuous wide access almost perpendicular to the highway. This is to provide a broad view of commercial buildings where the direction of view of passers-by to this building is a very important part. As for the homeowner’s arrival area, we direct it from another angle, separated by a triangular area as a separator between zones.
Pada lantai 1 bangunan ini, carport berbatasan langsung dengan area tangga untuk naik ke lantai 2. Hal ini merupakan request dari Mas Irfan, agar tamu beliau langsung naik ke lantai 2 (zona rumah tinggal). Meskipun demikian, untuk antisipasi keamanan, antara carport dengan area dalam dibatasi oleh pintu. Ruang didalam area komersial hanya terdapat ruang display dan ruang service. Ruang service terdiri dari ruang laundry dan kamar mandi/WC.
On the 1st floor of this building, the carport is directly adjacent to the stairs area to go up to the 2nd floor. This is a request from Mas Irfan, so that his guests go up to the 2nd floor (residential zone). However, to anticipate security, between the carport and the inside area is limited by a door. The space in the commercial area is only a display room and a service room. The service room consists of a laundry room and a bathroom/WC.
Naik ke lantai 2, tangga dihadapkan pada ruang keluarga yang menjadi satu area dengan ruang makan tanpa batasan fisik. Begitu pula dapur yang ikut “nimbrung”, dengan ventilasi menghadap void yang kami letakkan pada bagian belakang rumah. Void menerus ini sebagai sumbu vertikal pergerakan udara yang masuk ke dalam rumah. Terdapat 3 kamar tidur di lantai 2 tanpa ada yang menggunakan kamar mandi dalam. Musholla kami tempatkan diantara dua kamar tidur pada sisi timur bangunan. Selain itu, kamar mandi ditempatkan di sebelah dapur, dengan memanfaatkan ventilasi ke arah tangga. Balkon lantai 2 yang berbatasan fisik dengan ruang keluarga berada di tengah bangunan bagian depan.
Up to the 2nd floor, the stairs are faced with the family room which becomes one area with the dining room without physical restrictions. Likewise, the kitchen is also “joining”, with ventilation facing the voids that we place at the back of the house. This continuous void is the vertical axis of air movement that enters the house. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor without anyone using the en suite bathroom. We place the prayer room between the two bedrooms on the east side of the building. In addition, the bathroom is placed next to the kitchen, by utilizing ventilation towards the stairs. The 2nd floor balcony which is physically adjacent to the family room is in the middle of the front of the building.
